D&R Electrical: Diagnostic & Repair Electrical portion of the BAR required 72 hr minimum Diagnosis and Repair Class
D&R Engine: Diagnostic & Repair Engine portion of the BAR required 72 hr minimum Diagnosis and Repair Class
D&R Advanced Engine Performance: Emission Diagnostic & Repair portion of the BAR required 72 hr minimum Diagnosis and Repair Class
*Note: A technician must have either All ASE - A6,A8,and L1 or the entire D&R series sections 1-3 for initial or license renewal.
Level 1: BAR required Engine and Emission Control Fundamentals Training for those with little or no experience (Not required if you have current ASE A6/A8/L1 or the D&R series and have a minimum of 2 years experience in the engine performance area.
Level 2: BAR required Smog Check Procedures Training for Inspector license.
